We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory, ensuring efficient storage practices, and maintaining accurate records.

• Receive and verify incoming products against purchase orders, specifications, and delivery notes
• Inspect all products to ensure correct quantities and quality
• Compare prices on delivery notes with purchase orders and initiate credit requests for discrepancies
• Properly store and organize products in designated areas
• Maintain and archive documentation accurately and efficiently
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and random stock checks
• Manage and track stock levels using inventory management systems
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations
• Assist with special projects and other assigned tasks as needed

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to structure daily tasks independently
• Physical ability to lift and move items as required
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and team members
