Receive, stock, and distribute food and beverage items used by the Hotel. Maintain cleanliness of work areas.

What you will be doing: 

• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
• Maintain store product to ensure proper handling procedures are followed
• Distribute supplies throughout the property submit by way of purchase orders & inventory requisitions
• Ensuring that cleanliness, organization and health code recommendations provided by the state are followed
• Effectively communicate with team members out of stock or shorted items.
• Provide updates on special orders when received and include information on supplies when they need to be re-ordered.

Your experience and skills include:

• Proficiency in MS excel, word, PowerPoint & other relevant accounting operating systems
• Adequate inventory management abilities
• An in-depth understanding of a stockroom & its' environment
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper Forklift operation
• Provide the necessary State and Federal Requirements to work with Food and Beverage (Tuberculosis Clearance)
• Valid Driver's License

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
