Mondrian Ibiza es un elegante país de las maravillas con 154 habitaciones y espacios públicos de diseño, incluyendo una amplia terraza con vistas a la bahía.
Hyde Ibiza es un paraíso para los amantes de la gastronomía, inspirado en los festivales y un escaparate para la música y la vida nocturna; Tiene 401 habitaciones con texturas naturales y toques artesanales.
Juntos, los hoteles suman siete restaurantes y bares, que van desde sushi de primera calidad hasta cocina balear, del mar a la mesa.
Los hoteles están gestionados por Ennismore, la empresa hotelera lifestyle de más rápido crecimiento, en colaboración con el Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, propiedad del fondo de inversión Apollo.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
• Llevar un control de la mercadería que entra al almacén de los hoteles y la que sale del almacén a los diferentes departamentos
operativos. Revisar y reconciliar cantidades de mercaderías, para finalmente redactar informes de gastos.
• Recibir las peticiones de material de los distintos departamentos del hotel y realizar el listado de los materiales necesarios.
• Revisar las provisiones existentes en el almacén.
• Elaborar el inventario mensual o quincenal de estocaje.
• Realizar pedidos a proveedores actualizar el sistema de compras con dichos pedidos.
• Liderazgo y supervisión del equipo de almacén.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
Bajo la guía del Purchasing Manager, serás responsable de la gestión de compras y del almacén de mercadería de los hoteles.
¿Qué buscamos?
• Experiencia similar en hostelería, de 1 a 2 años.
• Titulación mínima, Ciclo de Grado Superior de Administración y Finanzas o similar sería ideal, aunque no indispensable.
• Demostrar conocimientos de temas como: productos, sistemas, y procesos referentes al trabajo desarrollado.
• Manejo en el uso avanzado de sistemas informáticos MS Office, experiencia con sistemas de compras, y sistemas contables.
• Competencias: organización y planificación, orientación al detalle, iniciativa, y poder de comunicación.
• Buen control antes las situaciones de presión y estrés producido por la operativa diaria de los hoteles.
• Una actitud enérgica y entusiasta hacia el trabajo, amable y respetuosa hacia el resto de los compañeros.
