Hôtel de 191 chambres et Appart Hôtel doté de 73 appartements.
Idéalement situé à Boulogne-Billancourt, au pied du Stade Pierre de Coubertin et des enceintes sportives du Parc des Princes, de Jean Bouin ainsi que de Roland Garros.
Tout proche des grands médias tels que TF1, Canal +, L’Equipe, Direct 8, etc...
Le Chef de notre restaurant est titré Maître Restaurateur, preuve d’engagement sur les produits locaux et le fait-maison. Nous avons une forte activité MICE et avons la chance de posséder un auditorium et 11 salles de réunions.
Nous recevons de nombreuses équipes sportives professionnelles le week-end.
Sur le toit, un Roof top avec piscine ainsi qu'un fitness sont à disposition de nos clients.
Un potager urbain fournit, en saison, une partie de l’approvisionnement de notre cuisine.
NOUS RECHERHONS UN(E) STAGIAIRE EN RESTAURATION POUR UNE DURÉE DE 4 MOIS COMPTER DU 02/05/2025.
* Assurer la mise en place de la salle (disposition des tables et meubles, répartition du linge sur les tables, disposition des couverts...)
* Participer à la mise en place du buffet petits déjeuners et réassortiment ainsi que le service du déjeuner ou du dîner en collaboration avec le Chef de Rang
* Débarrasser les tables au fur et à mesure de l'avancée du repas, avec savoir-vivre
* Entretenir et nettoyer les parties dépendantes de la salle (salle, bar...)
* Passer l'aspirateur (tapis, moquettes...)
* Remettre les meubles à leur place si-besoin et les dépoussiérer
* Aider les clients lors de leur arrivée dans la salle si-besoin,
* Ranger le linge dans les offices
* Répartir le linge sur les tables et pour l'équipe de Salle
GRATIFICATION : 4.35 € par heure.
