Tu es le bras droit du Chef de cuisine. Passionné(e) et organisé(e), tu transformes chaque plat en une expérience mémorable. Vos missions clés :
- Vous aiderez le chef exécutif à superviser les opérations quotidiennes de la cuisine et à assurer la bonne exécution du service.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour mettre au point de nouveaux plats et des spécialités saisonnières.
- Gérer les stocks de nourriture, passer les commandes et contrôler les coûts pour maintenir la rentabilité.
- Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité alimentaire et d'hygiène dans l'ensemble de la cuisine.
- Former, encadrer et superviser le personnel de cuisine afin de maintenir la qualité de la préparation et de la présentation des aliments.
- Assurer la coordination avec le personnel de service pour garantir un excellent service à la clientèle et la livraison des plats dans les délais impartis.
- Participer à la planification des menus, à l'élaboration des recettes et à l'établissement des coûts des produits alimentaires
- Entretenir les équipements de cuisine et veiller au bon fonctionnement de toutes les zones de la cuisine.
- Remplacer le chef de cuisine en cas de besoin, en assumant toutes les responsabilités liées à la direction de la cuisine.
- Apporter des idées créatives pour améliorer notre offre culinaire et l'expérience des clients.
- Diplôme culinaire ou certification équivalente
- Solides compétences en matière de leadership, de communication et de constitution d'équipes.
- Connaissance approfondie des différentes cuisines, des techniques culinaires et des tendances alimentaires.
- Maîtrise de la planification des menus, de l'élaboration des recettes et de l'établissement des coûts des produits alimentaires.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Capacité à travailler selon des horaires flexibles, y compris le matin, le soir, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
- Faire preuve de créativité dans l'élaboration et la présentation des plats
- Connaissance approfondie des normes de sécurité alimentaire et d'hygiène (HACCP).
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de cuisine et de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et à conserver une attitude positive dans un environnement en constante évolution.
