To provide a superior level of service to guests dining in our award winning, 5 Diamond rated restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional table service from start to finish to AAA/CAA 5 Diamond standards: greet guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, clear tables, and present bill
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Eden food and drink menus and make recommendations to cater to guest preferences
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Eden wine list
• Set up the dining room for meal service
• Polish silverware and glassware

• Alberta ProServe certification
• Excellent wine knowledge
• Well-rounded knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages
• Sommelier Certification with ESG or WSET an asset
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Warm, professional demeanour
• Competent in Silverware and Open Table software
