Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the region.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and drive results
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Saudi Arabian market
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with local business practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Contribute to the development of innovative sales approaches and best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous
  • In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian business culture and market dynamics
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Passionate about sales with a customer-focused approach
  • Visionary thinker with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
