We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure team productivity
- Negotiate high-value contracts and manage complex sales cycles
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- In-depth knowledge of sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
