Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our Corporate Sales team. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving corporate sales growth, managing key accounts, and mentoring a team of sales professionals. If you have a strong background in corporate sales, a track record of exceeding targets, and leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals to corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful corporate sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in handling local and global accounts RFPs and sales analytics tools.
