Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Congress Intern to join our dynamic ENA Sales Congress team for a 3-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, sales strategies, and client relationship management within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities :

- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

- Assist in managing client relationships and responding to inquiries.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event operations.

- Participate in meetings and take minutes as required.

- Provide administrative support to the sales team.

- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.


Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Previous internship or work experience in event planning or sales is an asset.


Additional Information

The position will be located in Paris (Issy Les Moulineaux) - training for 3 MONTHS/beginning 5th May 2025.
