Vos missions principales :
- Développer les ventes et atteindre les objectifs définis par le directeur d'hôtel,
- Gérer le portefeuille clients et identifier de nouveaux prospects éventuels,
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle,
- Etablir les prévisions de ventes,
- Assurer le reporting hebdomadaire
- Prospecter en déplacement et en téléphonie
- Vous développez et fidélisez un large portefeuille clients
- Vous partagez votre activité avec de la prospection ciblée
- Vous gérez la mise en place des plans trade, vous en assurez le suivi et le reporting.
Votre Savoir-faire :
- Connaitre le monde du tourisme, hôtellerie et son marché concurrentiel
- Avoir un sens aigu du commerce
- Être organisé(e) et rigoureux(euse)
- Être titulaire du permis B
Votre Savoir-être :
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe, tout en étant autonome
- Vous avez le sens du relationnel
- Vous savez gérer les priorités
Vous avez une expérience commerciale terrain significative dans la vente en tourisme et hôtellerie
- Vous démontrez une forte aptitude commerciale alliant force de proposition et un gout prononcé de la négociation.
Vous avez un portefeuille clients marché hôtellerie
- Vous faites preuve d’une grande capacité à prospecter et à repérer des clients potentiels pour notre hôtel.
- Votre sens de l’organisation, votre relationnel et votre enthousiasme seront déterminants pour ce poste.
-Vous êtes titulaire du permis B et vous êtes mobile (déplacements sur plusieurs villes)
