You'll be the go-to expert on payroll, benefits, and HR technology. You will help build our compensation and rewards program for a growing organization. If you are someone who takes pride in zero payroll errors, knows benefits administration inside and out, and geeks out over HRIS optimization - this role is for you.

- Ensure all payroll and benefits activities comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Prepare and maintain clean, audit-ready payroll, benefits, and people related records at all times.
- Generate people data reports and dashboards to support the VP of People & Culture and business leaders, data is power to our business.
- Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals who already set the bar high.
- Support people systems integration during M&A activity, planning is key (and so is back-up planning!).
- Be the go-to subject matter expert for all things payroll, benefits, and HRIS within the People & Culture team.
- Supporting the success of our teams and business by training and educating our managers at site level on the aspects of scheduling, payroll and labor management.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve payroll, benefits and rewards programs across our US portfolio.
- Lead and optimize our People Systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting capability, and a seamless team member experience.
What we're looking for...
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and/or HR systems
- Deep knowledge of US compensation, benefits legislation, and employment regulations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and tools, specific experience in ADP Workforce, SAP SuccessFactors, and Pigment are a bonus.
- You execute. You get things done.
- You can follow directions, juggle priorities, manage projects independently, and make smart judgment calls along the way.
- You are scarily organized.
- You maintain confidentiality.
- Nothing gets by you, you have a hold on all things detail and data.
- You are an excellent relationship builder (team members and vendors alike), confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together.
- You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
What’s in it for you…
- The opportunity to embark on an exciting career in a company that is growing, thinking and progressing every day.
- Ennismore’s values and entrepreneurial spirit.
- The opportunity to be yourself and collaborate with other bright minds in a relaxed, innovative culture.

- The opportunity to be yourself and collaborate with other bright minds in an open, innovative culture.
- The opportunity to challenge the norm and work in a rewarding environment, building global brands.
- Regular team get togethers – we know how to have a good time!
- A hybrid approach to work - time together in our Home Base in Brooklyn (think time to collaborate, share ideas, meet in real life, monthly team lunch & business updates) balanced with time in your own digs (time to think, stay in touch remotely, your own workspace), we like to make the best of both worlds.
Ennismore is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
Base salary: $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
