Job Description

Responsible for transforming vast datasets into high-stakes alerts and actionable insights. You will be responsible for building the automated systems that catch revenue leakages before they happen and ensure our hotels are perfectly positioned against the competition

• Advanced Performance Monitoring & KPI Ownership :

Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of Commercial Performance Indicators, tracking everything from RGI (Revenue Generation Index) to lead-time distribution

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends, providing the Senior Manager with synthesized "Why" analysis behind the numbers

Identify regional and property-level variances against budget and forecast, flagging risks and opportunities in real-time

• Automation of Pricing & Revenue Management Exceptions

Design and implement automated detection systems to identify RM exceptions, such as:

- Pace Outliers: Hotels significantly ahead or behind historical and market booking curves

- Pricing Integrity: Properties priced out of their competitive set or violating brand price-parity standards.

Create automated reporting workflows that push these "critical alerts" directly to regional stakeholders for immediate intervention

• RMS (Revenue Management System) Uplift & Optimization

Analyze and quantify the "Uplift" generated by the RMS, validating the system's recommendations against manual overrides

Audit system settings and configurations to ensure the algorithm is reacting correctly to changing market dynamics

Provide data-backed recommendations to the Senior Manager on how to fine-tune system logic to capture more top-line revenue.

• RM Levers & Strategy Monitoring :

Track the usage and effectiveness of specific Revenue Management levers (e.g., Minimum Length of Stay, Non-Refundable vs. Flexible mix, and Overbooking limits)

Evaluate the impact of tactical commercial decisions on total RevPAR and GOPPAR

Support the Senior Manager in "Transversal Projects" by providing the deep-dive data needed to evaluate new commercial pilot programs


Qualifications

Background:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Planning, or Data Analytics 
  • Master's degree 

Mandatory skills:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry
  • Programming experience in SQL, Python, or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences & develop C-level
  • Fluent in French/ English

Preferred skills:

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Tableau
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to accuracy and data integrity
  • Experience working in international or multicultural business environments
