Job Description
Position Summary
The Regional Commercial Operations Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Commercial team, working across Hotel Performance, Revenue Management, Marketing, and E-commerce functions. Based in the La Maison Singapore Regional Corporate Office, the intern will support the team in the SEA Region, by assisting with reporting, presentation development, data management, content updates, and cross-functional coordination. This role is designed to help manage increased business demands while supporting key commercial initiatives and regional priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Operations Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Regional Commercial team.
- Coordinate activities and communications across Hotel Performance, Revenue Management, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
- Assist in tracking SMART plans, project milestones, action items, and follow-up activities across the regional portfolio.
Reporting & Business Analytics
- Prepare, consolidate, and distribute recurring regional performance reports, dashboards, and business updates.
- Support the collection, validation, and maintenance of commercial data from multiple hotels to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with data analysis and the preparation of insights for regional business reviews and executive presentations.
Presentation Development
- Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations for regional business reviews, leadership meetings, owner presentations, training sessions, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure presentation materials are professionally formatted, accurate, and aligned with corporate brand standards.
Data Management & Content Administration
- Maintain regional databases, trackers, and reporting files.
- Support updates to commercial content, internal communications, templates, and shared resources.
- Assist with maintaining documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repositories.
Coordination & Project Support
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Liaise with corporate, regional, and hotel-based teams to facilitate effective communication and timely completion of deliverables.
- Provide administrative support for regional workshops, training sessions, and commercial events.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by Regional Commercial leadership.
Internship Duration
- Six-month full-time internship based at the Regional Corporate Office in Singapore

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint skills and strong Excel capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced regional environment.
- Interest in commercial strategy and the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
