• Responsible for the supervision of security officers and processes providing security and a safe environment while ensuring protection of guests, employees and property assets
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers
• Checks reports of recorded observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities for the property
• Ensure that all security systems function smoothly. Initiate immediate corrective action when fault is detected
• Conduct patrols and regular checks on all Security Officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively
• Control and direct all emergency personnel traffic in response to fire, bomb threat, police assistance, injury or illness
• Supervise and control all aspects of key distribution according to policies and procedures of the waterpark/Hotel, and report any discrepancy immediately
• Assist Management, employees and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives. 

• Secondary / High school education
• Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting will be advantageous
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Solid proficiency in English language
• No criminal record.
