Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer who is passionate about providing a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail, proactive, and hold a valid Private Security License issued by Turkish authorities. If you are committed to excellence, teamwork, and ensuring top-notch safety standards, we would love to have you join our team.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Must hold a valid Private Security License issued by Turkish authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Private Security Law in Türkiye
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Security Officer, preferably in a hotel or similar environment
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Good observation and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to perform duties that may require standing or patrolling for extended periods
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset
- Good knowledge of emergency and evacuation procedures
- Ability to handle security systems such as CCTV, alarm, and access control equipment
- Well-presented, disciplined, and always professionally groomed
- Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Familiarity with hotel safety and security standards, including fire safety protocols
