THE MISSION?

We’re looking for a vigilant and proactive Security Manager to ensure our hotel remains a safe and secure haven for everyone 🛡️. If you have a knack for maintaining order and handling security with precision, this role is for you!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• You’ll conduct regular inspections and controls to ensure top-notch security and safety 🔍🚨.
• Managing guest records and coordinating with law enforcement will be part of your duties 📋🚓. You’ll provide additional assistance to guests beyond just protection, ensuring they have a safe and pleasant stay 🌟🛎️.
• Keeping our facility and employees secure is a top priority 🔒👮. You’ll ensure that all security procedures are followed and make necessary updates in response to new legislation 📜⚖️.
• You’ll track and check all employees and vehicles entering and exiting the property 🚗🔑. Develop and implement security plans, including protocols for sabotage, fire, and first aid 🔥🚒.
• Monitor employee performance, support budget identification, and liaise with authorities as needed 📝🔍. Assist local law enforcement with interventions or investigations, and ensure compliance with the hotel's entry and exit rules 🚓🔒.
• Handle any incidents that disrupt order, immediately inform the General Manager, and, if necessary, report to law enforcers to resolve the issue 📞🚔. Help with outside incidents like traffic accidents or theft if they occur 🌍🚗.
• In case of any serious incidents like a death, coordinate with healthcare facilities and law enforcement, and report to the General Manager 🏥🚔.
• Ensure that security personnel are always well-groomed and professional 👔✨. Recruit and set annual targets within the budget 💼🎯. Write reports on incidents and security-related events, and handle security requests and complaints efficiently 📝🔧.
• Ensure the regular maintenance and repair of all security equipment 🔧🛠️. Assess employee performance, share responsibilities, and participate in Emergency Response Teams 🚑💪.
• Promote environmental sustainability by joining activities that protect biodiversity 🌍🌱. Implement energy-saving measures and proper waste management to reduce environmental impact ♻️💡.
• Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management to ensure everything runs smoothly 🏨🔍.
