Als Schichtleiter*in Front Office (m/w/d) bist Du Botschafter der Marke Novotel und des Hotels, indem Du zu unserem wichtigsten Grundsatz, der Gastfreundschaft, beiträgst.

Was sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Leitung und Organisation der Schichten am Front Office
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs
- Unterstützung des Front Office Managers und dessen Stellvertretung
- Verantwortung für den Check In & Check Out unserer Gäste
- Abwicklung des Gästeempfangs und der Gästebetreuung
- Ansprechpartner*in für alle Gästewünsche
- Kontrolle von Buchungen auf Vollständigkeit
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Zimmerreservierungen via Telefon & E-Mail, in Abwesenheit der Reservierungsmitarbeitenden
Was bringst Du mit:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
- Erste Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen wie z.B. Französisch sind von Vorteil
- Eine charmante und positive Ausstrahlung
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Ehrgeiz, Belastbarkeit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für den Beruf
- Lust auf Teamwork und darauf, Deine Begeisterung und Dein Wissen zu teilen
