Job Description
- As a Concierge you will act as the hotel’s main point of contact for our guests.
- You will curate dining, tours and entertainment experiences.
- Provide anticipatory, bespoke, intuitive and seamless service when dealing with guest´s requests.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office. Online Review Management platforms.
- Previous experience as concierge and/or guest experience in mid-size luxury hotels.
- Complete knowledge of the English language, a third language is desirable
