Satınalma sorumlulukları;
- Etkin satın alma araçları kullanarak ve satınalınanacak ürün ve malzemelerin en rekabetçi fiyatları elde ederek otel harcamalarını en az seviyeye de tutmak,
- Doğru bir şekilde operasyon ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için mümkün olduğu kadar mevcut envanterleri güncel ve doğru şekilde kayıt altında tutmak,
- Maliyet analizi yapabilmek ve raporlayabilmek,
- Ürünlerin doğru şekilde depolanmasını sağlamak, STK larını kontrol altında tutmak.
İnsan Kaynakları sorumlulukları;
- Açık bulunan kadrolar için ilanı çıkmak, ilanları takip etmek ve cevaplamak;
- Uygun adayı; işe başlatma prosedürlerini takip ederek ekibe katılmasını sağlamak;
- İşe girişte yapılan iş sözleşmesi, çalışan faaliyet formunu ve iş tanımını düzenlemek, özlük dosyalarını oluşturmak ve giriş işleminin yapılması için Merkez ofise bildirimde bulunmak, gerekli evrakları iletmek;
- Emniyet Müdürlüğü sisteminden personelin girişini ve çıkışını bildirimlerini, gerçekleştirmek,
- Aylık puantajların departmanların zamanında doldurmasını sağlamak, izin formları ile birlikte kontrol etmek ve bütün bordro da ödemesi yapılacak tutarların, merkez ofise bildirimini doğru ve zamanında yapmak;
- Çalışan şahsi dosyalarını mevcuazata uygun şekilde tutmak ve ayrılanların dosyalarını da arşivlemek,
- İşten ayrılan personel ile ilgili bildirimlerin ve tüm işlemleri yapmak ve merkez ofise gerekli evraklarla bildirimde bulunmak;
- Üniversite ve MYO ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
- İyi derece de bilgisayar bilgisine sahip olmak,
- Excel programını iyi kullanabilmek
- Satınalma konusunda deneyimli,
- İletişim becerilerine hakim,
- Takım çalışmasına uygun
İdari İşler yetkilisi olarak, otelin satınalma ve insan kaynakları süreçlerine katkı vermesi beklenmekltedir.
