Sales Manager - MICE (based in Bangkok)

• Assist DOS to maximizes  productivity by ensuring that  sold business is aligned with the Hotel's yield management strategies and to achieve sales target.

• Assist DOSM to develop and implement of business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with Accor's overall mission, vision values and strategies

• Monitor market and  competitor activity and carry out going research to establish sales opportunities

• Negotiates and closes contracts with key customers.

• Designs and proposed programs which meet the client's needs.

• Maintain relationship with key partners and develop new accounts.

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing in MICE & Corporates and DMCs
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Fluency in English and other languages, written and spoken, is preferred
• Knowledge of quality  certification processes 
• Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment
