Le titulaire du poste sera en charge de :
OPERATIONS
- Prospection de nouveaux compte internationaux et être en charge de la gestion et du développement des segments sous tutelle
- Développement du segments Corporate, Banques, Assurances, Audit, Télécommunication, centres d’appels, BTP & Ministères
- En charge des local DMCs et Ambassades selon les marchés managed
- Démarchage commerciale au niveau national
- Participation aux salons internationaux sur les marchés managed
- Gestion des événements clients essentiellement : séminaires, conventions, événements digitaux et hybrides, lancement de produits, soirées événementielles, incentive, films, cérémonie d’awards, family days, assemblée générale etc.
- Réponse aux demandes clients : rédaction de recommandations attractives, claires et créatives accompagnées d’un budget précis. Le chef de projet doit avoir de fortes capacités de création afin d'aider sa hiérarchie à créer et lisser les recommandations
- Gestion des fournisseurs et prestataires : recherche de prestataires innovants
- Organiser des prestations de qualité dans le respect du devis et des attentes du client.
- Gestion du déroulé de l’événement et du conducteur technique en collaboration avec les équipes d’exploitation.
- Suivi des speakers
- Gestion des participants sur certains événements
- Gestion du transport en relation avec les évènements organisés
- Gestion du budget, de la facturation et du recouvrement
FINANCE / BACK OFFICE/ TECHNOLOGIE
- Respect des process internes de back office
- Respect du process d’audit client
- Utilisation des outils internes du groupe dans la gestion des événements
CLIENT
- Relation client : travail en collaboration avec le demandeur interne
- Rôle important dans le conseil client
- Force de proposition
- Accompagnement sur les événements (accompagnée des organisateurs pour les gros événements)
DIVERS
- Veille et identification des tendances du marché afin de faire des offres créatives et innovantes (tendances, nouveaux lieux...)
- Parfaite maîtrise d’un concept créatif et du travail en collaboration avec un planneur stratégique
- Développement de relations commerciales avec des prestataires nationaux et internationaux comme hôtels, transféristes et agences
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
- Expérience de 04 ans minimum dans un poste similaire
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais
- Maîtrise de l'outils digital
- Aisance relationnelle et communication
- Esprit d’équipe
- Rigueur et organisation
