The role of the Sales Executive Meetings & Events is to assist with client and account management on behalf of the Strategic Director and the Sales Team.

Your mission: 

• Assist in the organization and coordination (event planning) of specific functions, special events and promotions handled by the Sales team (i.e.familiarization tours, sales missions, sales calls, tradeshow, Loyalty campaigns etc.)
• Deliver Analysis and Reportingsto address to the stakeholders
• Facilitate the interactions between the Director and Hubs / Brands & Clients
• Manage long term projects withinCRM(SalesForce)
• Prepare and build Business Review decks with the Director
• Hotel Audit support

And you? 

• Master degree student, from Hospitality or business school
• Good knowledge of the Hospitality industry & hotel operations
• Appeal / knowledge of the M&E segment
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent knowledge of Office suite (.ppt, Word, Excel)
• At ease in Sales & Marketing, Figures Management
