We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to support The Hoxton London sales team. London is where it all began for Hox, and our four sites; The Hoxton, Shoreditch, Holborn, Southwark and most recently Shepherd’s Bush embody the Hoxton mood perfectly. Set across a series of lively, interesting city neighbourhoods, our London hotels are packed with individual design vibes; whether we’re reviving existing buildings or creating exciting new spaces.

 


Job Description

What you’ll do…

We don’t go in for strict job descriptions, we all like to get mucked in, however in your role as Sales Coordinator your responsibilities will be to:

  • Complete corporate RFPs on all platforms including Lanyon and ProLodgic
  • Manage the corporate and consortia rate loading process ensuring all rate information is correct in Travel Click, iHotelier and Opera
  • Resolve rate loading and visibility challenges for the Sales, Reservations and Revenue Teams
  • Act as the main ‘lead catcher’ for corporate rate enquiries, qualifying and referring to sales colleagues as necessary
  • Manage each hotel’s Master Account List document
  • Master the weekly and monthly sales reports and communicate to the team
  • Manage promotions and content on third party websites ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Support the Sales Team with the organisation of client events and entertainment
  • Create and manage corporate rate flyers, agreements, invites and other ad-hoc client facing collateral
  • Complete competitor analysis and analyse monthly Agency360 data
  • Research key contact information using tools such as LinkedIn and Google, updating relevant internal documents
  • Assist the sales team in completing street walks and track new office developments
  • Complete all other duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Sales - London

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

  • It’s a must that you have worked in the hotel industry previously and feel confident using Lanyon and Opera
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are essential
  • Ability to multitask and jump in, managing multiple projects and prioritising as necessary
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • You enjoy working at a fast pace, know how to stay organised and get the details right
  • You’re looking for a challenge and a place where you can be you (no clones in suits here)
  • You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help gets stuff done
