Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate all group arrangements
  • Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements
  •  Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments
  • Follow up with Post-Conference reports and review group billings
  • Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis
  • Prepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to F&B sales administration process
  • Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers
  • Helps the point of sale attain profitable results
  • Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Sales Executive
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Good knowledge of F&B service operation 
  • Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
