We are currently seeking dedicated room attendants to join our team at Pullman Cairns International! Part of the esteemed Accor Group, our hotel features 324 rooms with stunning waterfront or mountain views.

With 13 versatile conference spaces, we are among the largest hotels in the region. Our impressive three-story lobby, adorned with marble floors and elegant glass chandeliers, reflects the 5-star luxury that defines the Pullman brand.

Job Description

Our Housekeeping department plays a crucial role in our hotel's success, with Room Attendants responsible for maintaining the immaculate condition of all rooms. Reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors.
  • Managing stock levels for linen, minibar items, and essential room supplies.
  • Following proper procedures to report any lost property.

Qualifications

  • Are positive, friendly, and guest-oriented 
  • Are physically fit and comfortable working independently
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Are flexible and ready to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends and holidays
