Job Description
The Novotel & ibis Auckland Ellerslie Housekeeping Team Members are at the heart of creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standards. Through your attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and pride in your work, you help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.
Role Foundations:
- Carry out allocated general cleaning duties
- Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards
- Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness
- Ensure guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standards for the room type.
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
Qualifications
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- You must be physically fit and energetic to take on an active, hands-on role with a dynamic team
- A keen eye for detail and passion for quality and presentation
- Ability to work a rotational roster including weekends
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
