Novotel & Ibis Auckland Ellerslie combines the best of both worlds, close to the city but just far enough out that you are removed from the bustle of the CBD. Our bustling property hosts a variety of guests to our food & beverage outlets including multiple conference spaces. Combined with our 247 contemporary guest rooms, we want to offer our guests an unforgettable experience.
Carry out allocated cleaning duties, achieving established standards of cleanliness and presentation to meet guest’s needs.
- Clean rooms and public areas according to Hotel standards within set timeframes
- Recording any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Maintain confidentiality with guest information and hotel data
- Ensure the back of house areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Friendly personality is a must!
- Prior understanding of cleaning standards and procedures is an advantage but not essential
- A keen eye for detail and passion for quality and presentation
- Professional and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
