We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team for Our Habita's in Ras Abrouq, Qatar. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and optimizing pricing strategies to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and overall profitability
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make data-driven pricing decisions
- Manage inventory and rate distribution across all booking channels
- Monitor and forecast booking pace for both transient and group segments
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals
- Prepare and present detailed analytical reports on key performance indicators
- Identify revenue opportunities and recommend actions to capitalize on them
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in revenue management
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting processes
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of rates and inventory in the property management system
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Opera PMS, other revenue management systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
