Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Assistant Director of Revenue assist with the optimization of the Revenue Strategy of the hotel by ensuring a quality reservation service to all customers and a close assistance on revenue management strategies’ application. The position’s area of responsibilities will be divided between Reservations and Revenue Management. It will establish and reinforce a high level of cooperation between Revenue, Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Catering and Front Office, among other departments
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- High School graduate
- Ability to speak and write clearly in English
- Ability to carry out detailed, involved instructions both written and oral
- Capacity to multi task, prioritizing issues and resolving as deemed
- Knowledge of OPERA v5, Opera Cloud, TARs highly preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in similar role is preferred
- Good understanding of financial documents, daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Previous experience in similar role is preferred
- Hospitality experience required
