The Fairmont Hanoi will open in the Vietnamese capital before year end of 2025, making it the first Fairmont brand in the country. The 241-room luxury hotel will take design inspiration from the art of lacquer with the traditional colours of Vietnam, the Indochinese style from the French colonial period, and draws motifs from Vietnam’s dynasties. Positioned as an urban resort, our guests will be able to enjoy a very special and unique range of offerings such as eight dining and bar venues including a rooftop terrace, as well as two indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an extensive gym and an entire floor of wellness spa and bathhouse. For corporate and social groups, the Fairmont Hanoi will offer three ballrooms, the largest being a 1,100m2 grand ballroom as well as nine meeting rooms, making it an outstanding destination for meetings, conferencing and events. Job Description

The Revenue Analyst supports the Director of Revenue & Reservations in optimizing hotel performance across all revenue streams, including Rooms, F&B, Banquets and Wellness. This role is responsible for analyzing business trends, maintaining system accuracy, supporting pricing strategies, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth. It plays a key role in ensuring alignment across commercial departments and maximizing total hotel profitability.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Reporting

• Support the Director of Revenue & Reservations by analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly business performance across all revenue streams: Rooms, F&B, M&E and Wellness.
• Prepare and consolidate key reports, including STR, pickup, pace, forecast, and post-campaign results.
• Assist in building rolling forecasts and the annual business plan in coordination with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Provide data for meetings and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.

Pricing, Forecasting & Inventory Management

• Monitor pricing, content, availability, and restrictions across all channels, ensuring rate integrity and optimal yield.
• Support the setup and maintenance of rate plans and packages in PMS, CRS, and RMS.
• Assist in implementing pricing strategies for all departments, including seasonal offers and promotional campaigns for Rooms, Banquets, F&B, and Wellness.

Market Intelligence & Commercial Support

• Conduct competitor and market analysis using tools like Travelclick and Lighthouse.
• Track performance of marketing campaigns, F&B promotions, and spa packages to recommend adjustments and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on RFPs, targeted offers, and revenue-driving initiatives across segments.

System Accuracy & Distribution Health

• Perform regular audits across PMS, CRS, RMS, and OTA extranets to ensure data accuracy and rate parity.
• Monitor and resolve Distribution Health Score issues in coordination with internal teams and system providers.
• Maintain system alignment between Reservations, Sales, and Revenue functions, assisting with technical setups and troubleshooting as needed.

Cross-Department Collaboration & Support

• Coordinate with Banquets, Wellness, Culinary, and FB Service teams to support their revenue goals through data insights and performance tracking.
• Participate in commercial calendar planning, offering data-driven input on timing and pricing.
• Support the Reservations team during high-volume periods or special campaigns to ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.
• Assist the Director of Revenue on ad hoc projects, performance deep-dives, and commercial presentations.


Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Revenue, Reservations, or Front Office
  • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Opera, IDeaS, TARS, and OTA extranets is a plus
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution
  • Fluent in English; Vietnamese
  • College diploma or above
