Per l’hotel 25hours Piazza San Paolino di Firenze, si ricerca un/a REVENUE ASSISTANT [m/f/d]
Il tuo obiettivo sarà quello di assistere il Revenue and Reservation Manager nel fornire un servizio di prenotazione impeccabile e caloroso in linea con l'immagine e il concept del brand 25hours hotels.

In questo modo, farai del nostro hotel qualcosa di speciale...
- Supporterai il team in cui entrerai a far parte per il lavoro operativo quotidiano;
- Collaborerai e assisterai il Revenue e Reservation Manager nella attività specifiche del reparto;
- Contribuirai alla creazione dei Template per offerte e conferme;
- Curerai la gestione della disponibilità giornaliera inventario camere;
- Condividerai costantemente informazioni utili con il Front Office e Sales & Marketing Team per una proficua collaborazione tra i reparti;
- Studierai i canali di distribuzione dei principali competitors per identificare nuove e valide soluzioni;
- Ti occuperai dell'analisi e creazione di report giornalieri/settimanali/mensili per individuare i fattori chiave per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Revenue e di valutazione dell’efficacia delle strategie applicate.
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli di Revenue o all’interno del Reservations Department, con una significativa conoscenza del territorio locale;
- Supervisione del Team Reservations nelle attività quotidiane di controllo, gestione e inserimento delle prenotazioni provenienti da canali online e offline;
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di pricing, dell’analisi dei dati e della gestione dei diversi canali di distribuzione;
- Analisi e creazione di report giornalieri, settimanali e mensili finalizzati all’individuazione dei fattori chiave per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Revenue e alla valutazione dell’efficacia delle strategie applicate;
- Monitoraggio delle performance su OTA e Direct Booking, con conseguente ottimizzazione delle tariffe;
- Analisi dei canali di distribuzione dei principali competitor, al fine di identificare nuove e valide opportunità;
- Collaborazione costante con Front Office e Sales per garantire l’allineamento tra strategie di Revenue e Operations;
- Costituisce requisito preferenziale la conoscenza del gestionale Opera Cloud e del sistema RMS IDeaS;
- Ottime capacità di problem solving, approccio orientato al risultato, rapidità decisionale e intuito, unite a solide capacità di pensiero analitico, eccellenti doti comunicative e organizzative, oltre a una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
