El/La Restaurant Manager será responsable de liderar y gestionar integralmente la operación del restaurante, garantizando una experiencia gastronómica excepcional alineada con los estándares de lujo de Fairmont. Este rol requiere una combinación de liderazgo estratégico y excelencia operativa, con enfoque en rentabilidad, calidad de servicio y satisfacción del cliente.
Gestión operativa
- Dirigir la operación diaria del restaurante, asegurando un servicio fluido y de alto nivel.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de marca Fairmont / Accor en todos los puntos de contacto con el cliente.
- Supervisar la calidad del servicio, presentación de platos y experiencia global del huésped.
- Implementar y mantener SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Liderazgo y gestión de equipos
- Liderar, motivar y desarrollar a un equipo multidisciplinar de sala.
- Reclutar, formar y evaluar el desempeño del equipo.
- Impulsar una cultura de servicio excelente, trabajo en equipo y mejora continua.
- Gestionar planificación de turnos, productividad y clima laboral.
Experiencia del cliente
- Garantizar una experiencia personalizada y memorable para cada huésped.
- Gestionar quejas y feedback con rapidez y profesionalidad.
- Monitorizar KPIs de satisfacción (Guest Experience, reviews online, etc.).
- Promover una cultura de servicio anticipativo y emocional.
Higiene, seguridad y compliance
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad alimentaria (HACCP).
- Garantizar cumplimiento de políticas internas y legislación vigente.
- Supervisar estándares de higiene, limpieza y seguridad laboral.
Formación
- Grado o Diploma en Hostelería, Turismo o Gestión Hotelera.
Experiencia
- Mínimo 4–6 años en posiciones de gestión en restauración o hoteles de lujo (4* / 5*).
- Experiencia previa como Restaurant Manager o Assistant Restaurant Manager senior.
- Valorable experiencia internacional y en aperturas de hoteles/restaurantes.
Idiomas
- Español e inglés fluido (imprescindible).
- Otros idiomas serán valorados.
