Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient and professional service across our restaurant and bar. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional experience from start to finish.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide high‑quality food and beverage service that exceeds guest expectations
- Greet, seat and assist guests with menus, enquiries and reservations
- Take and process orders accurately using the POS system
- Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, promotions and upselling opportunities
- Follow food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements
- Always maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of basic coffee and cocktail preparation is advantageous
- Current RSA certificate (NSW) or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, friendly and guest‑focused attitude
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- A team player who demonstrates initiative, reliability and integrity
- Have full work rights in Australia
