Au TRIBE PARIS CLICHY, nous recherchons un(e) personne prêt(e) à bousculer les codes. Nous recherchons aujourd’hui un(e) Responsable Food & Beverage prêt(e) à insuffler de l’énergie, du sens du service et du leadership à nos espaces de restauration.

Créer des moments, pas juste du service
- Piloter l’ensemble des points de vente : petit-déjeuner, restaurant, bar, espaces événementiels et grab & go
- Offrir une expérience client fluide, chaleureuse et mémorable, fidèle à l’ADN TRIBE
- Être visible sur le terrain, anticiper les attentes et gérer les situations avec agilité
- Veiller en permanence à la qualité du service, de l’offre et de l’ambiance
Fédérer et faire grandir la TRIBE
- Recruter, intégrer et accompagner des équipes engagées et passionnées
- Manager par l’exemple, avec confiance, bienveillance et exigence
- Créer un esprit d’équipe fort, où chacun trouve sa place
- Organiser les plannings intelligemment, en fonction du rythme et de l’activité
Piloter la performance
- Gérer et optimiser le budget Food & Beverage
- Maîtriser les coûts (food cost, beverage cost, masse salariale, stocks)
- Développer le chiffre d’affaires à travers des actions concrètes et créatives
- Analyser les résultats et détecter les opportunités de croissance
Innover, connecter, surprendre
- Imaginer des concepts, animations et offres en phase avec les tendances food & beverage
- Travailler main dans la main avec la cuisine et les autres équipes de l’hôtel
- Garantir le respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et des standards Accor, sans jamais perdre l’esprit lifestyle
- Contribuer activement à la notoriété du lieu et à la fidélisation de la clientèle
Tes compétences
- Solide expérience opérationnelle en restauration hôtelière
- Leadership naturel et vraie présence terrain
- Excellente culture du service et de l’expérience client
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement vivant et dynamique
- Sens du détail, de la qualité et de l’organisation
- À l’aise avec les outils de gestion (la connaissance de Bizon est un plus)
- Anglais professionnel requis
