Situé idéalement au cœur de l’aéroport Roissy Charles de Gaulle, le Novotel Paris CDG Airport est un hôtel 4* de 201 chambres. Entièrement rénové, il dispose d’un restaurant, un bar, ainsi que 5 salles de séminaire.
Luiza est un restaurant qui fait voyager. Diversité, qualité et rapidité font le succès de notre restaurant.
CDD de 7 mois pour remplacement congé maternité, CDD à pourvoir fin mai.
Responsable RH de terrain, vous placez la convivialité au cœur de vos échanges avec nos 50collaborateurs.
En collaboration direct avec la directrice générale vous développez les projets de l’hôtel en étant garant(e) de la satisfaction de nos clients internes et externes.
Administration du personnel :
- Réalisation des contrats CDI, CDD (vérification des carences),
- Assurer l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs,
- Garantir le respect du cadre légale,
- Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs,
- Accompagner les CDS dans la gestion de leur équipe,
- Suivie des arrêts maladie et accidents du travail,
Paie :
- Gestion de la paie sur ADP, (saisies, contrôles, suivie),
- Echange avec le siège sur les IJSS, erreur de paie,
Recrutement :
- Réaliser les offres de recrutement,
- Sélectionner les candidats pour entretien,
- Réaliser l'entretien avec les CDS et accompagner dans la décision,
Formation et communication :
- Déployer le plan de formation,
- Réalisation d'action de QVT,
- Assurer la transmission des informations à tous les membre de l'hôtel.
