💼 Missions principales :
✔ Gestion de la paie et des déclarations sociales.
✔ Administration du personnel (contrats, absences, congés, chômage temporaire, accidents du travail, médecine du travail, gestion assurances, plan de formation…)
✔ Gestion comptable et suivi des opérations financières (extraits de banque, caisse, carte de crédit).
✔ Encodage et suivi des factures fournisseurs.
✔ Préparation Clôture mensuelle (far, commissions, commande de tickets restaurant)
✔ Veille à la conformité des procédures internes et des réglementations.
🔹 Diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou gestion souhaité.
🔹 Expérience en paie, administration ou comptabilité (de préférence en hôtellerie).
🔹 Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels comptables.
🔹 Rigueur, organisation, discrétion et esprit d’équipe.
-> Connaissance du PMS Opera cloud et du système de paie de Partena sont des plus.
