Objetivo:
Realizar os controles e processamentos pertinentes à Contas a Pagar, Contas Receber e Departamento Pessoal, com exatidão e nos prazos requeridos.
Principais Atribuições e Responsabilidades:
Abertura e fechamento de caixa
Conferência e depósitos de valores (dinheiro, cartões, moedas estrangeiras)
Envio e controle de títulos a receber
Cobrança de clientes inadimplentes
Controle de contas a pagar e baixas no sistema
Lançamento de notas fiscais e envio de pagamentos ao banco
Venda de moedas estrangeiras e elaboração de planilhas
Processos de admissão, desligamento, férias e contratos
Inclusão/exclusão em planos de saúde e seguro de vida
Solicitação de vale-transporte e cesta básica
Controle e conferência de ponto eletrônico
Distribuição de documentos aos colaboradores
Organização de arquivos e documentos administrativos
Apoio geral às rotinas administrativas da área
Mínimas:
- Ensino médio completo;
- Conhecimento em microinformática como usuário;
- Bons conhecimentos de planilhas excel.
Desejáveis:
- Cursando superior em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis ou compatível;
- Conhecimento básico em Legislação Trabalhista/Fiscal e Tributária;
- Experiência na área.

- Horário: 08:00 - 17:48.
