STAGE ASSISTANT DE DIRECTION / EVENTS MANAGER

Rejoignez LA TEAM GIVREE, un acteur dynamique du secteur de la restauration, et participez à des projets variés alliant gestion d’événements, ressources humaines et transition technologique. Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) pour nous accompagner dans le déploiement d’un nouveau système de gestion hôtelière (PMS) et soutenir nos équipes opérationnelles.
Missions principales :
Gestion d’événements en restauration :
- Organisation logistique et coordination des événements (séminaires, mariages, etc.).
- Collaboration avec les équipes culinaires et service pour garantir une expérience client optimale.
- Suivi des budgets et reporting post-événement.
Support RH :
- Participation au recrutement (rédaction d’offres, tri des candidatures, entretiens).
- Gestion administrative des dossiers du personnel.
- Contribution à la formation et à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
Transition PMS (de FOLS vers OPERA) :
- Accompagnement dans la migration des données et la configuration du nouveau système.
- Formation des équipes à l’utilisation d’OPERA.
- Résolution des problèmes techniques et suivi des retours utilisateurs.
Profil recherché :
- Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, hôtellerie-restauration, gestion ou informatique (Bac+3 à Bac+5).
- Intérêt pour la gestion d’événements, les RH et les outils technologiques.
- Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l’organisation.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint) et aptitude à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux logiciels.
Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe.
Stage de 6 mois, à temps plein.
