Nous recherchons un(e) responsable de formation enthousiaste et innovant pour rejoindre notre équipe dans la belle ville côtière de Taghazout, au Maroc. En tant que responsable de la formation, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de programmes de formation complets qui améliorent les compétences des collaborateurs, stimulent les performances et favorisent une culture d'apprentissage continu au sein de notre organisation.
- Concevoir, développer et dispenser des programmes de formation attrayants pour différents départements et niveaux de compétences.
- Effectuer des évaluations approfondies des besoins afin d'identifier les lacunes en matière de compétences et les domaines à améliorer dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.
- Collaborer avec les responsables de service pour s'assurer que les initiatives de formation sont conformes aux buts et objectifs de l'organisation.
- Évaluer l'efficacité des programmes de formation grâce au retour d'information des participants, aux mesures de performance et à l'analyse du retour sur investissement.
- Gérer efficacement le budget et les ressources consacrés à la formation
- Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur et des meilleures pratiques en matière de formation et de développement.
- Organiser et faciliter les programmes d'orientation pour les nouveaux collaborateurs.
- Identifier et entretenir les talents à haut potentiel au sein de l'organisation.
- Tenir des registres précis des activités de formation et des progrès des collaborateurs
- Fournir un accompagnement et un soutien aux responsables en matière de techniques de formation efficaces.
- Master en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires, en éducation ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable de la formation, de préférence dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie .
- Expérience confirmée dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de programmes de formation réussis.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la présentation, à la prise de parole en public et à la facilitation.
- Excellentes aptitudes en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication
- Expérience dans l'élaboration de matériel de formation et de programmes d'études
- Solides compétences en leadership avec la capacité de motiver et d'inspirer les autres
- Orientation client et souci d'améliorer la qualité des services par la formation.
- Capacité d'adaptation et flexibilité dans la gestion de projets et de priorités multiples.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et le français
