Formation
- Réaliser une analyse annuelle des besoins en formation
- Elaboration et suivi de réalisation du plan annuel de formation
- Intégrer la stratégie de formation de l’hôtel dans la stratégie globale de l’hôtel
- Gérer et mettre en œuvre les programmes de formation de la société, et animer les sessions de formation en exploitant des méthodes pédagogiques adaptées à un public d’adultes
- Proposer des formations destinées à soutenir les normes de qualité
- Maximiser l’apprentissage en proposant un environnement créatif et stimulant lors des sessions de formation
- Assurer l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et nouveaux stagiaires
- Organiser le calendrier des formations
- Gérer le budget de l’activité formation
- Evaluer l’efficacité des formations
Qualité
- Control du respect des règles de qualité mises en place par la direction générale
- Suivre la mise en place de ces procédures
- Aider à améliorer les prestations en adéquation avec la marque et tendre vers l'excellence a tous les niveaux
- Contrôle et suivi de la bonne application des standards et brands markers de la marque par les services concernés.
- Contrôle et suivi des plans d’actions liées au passage du client mystère ;
- Montrer l’exemple en respectant scrupuleusement les Valeurs Sofitel, les codes de la marque et les consignes concernant la tenue et la présentation
- Animer le compte Linkdin de l’hôtel (publications des événements T&C, recrutements ….)
- Organiser et gérer le calendrier des événements T&C de l’hôtel.
- Contrôler et faire respecter les codes de la marque concernant la tenue et la présentation des collaborateurs.
Diplôme de niveau Master ou équivalent
Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans la conception et l’animation de formations, idéalement dans un environnement hôtelier ou touristique.
Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, avec la capacité de transmettre clairement des informations complexes.
Esprit d’équipe solide combiné à une forte initiative, capable de travailler efficacement en collaboration tout en sachant prendre des décisions autonomes.
Sens aigu de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités simultanément.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (suite bureautique, logiciels de formation, etc.).
