• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and supporting the selection process.
• Manage day-to-day People & Culture operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, maintaining Heartist records and supporting the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, HR communication and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR / People & Culture and recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
