Le Fairmont Monte Carlo est un hôtel de luxe situé au cœur de la Principauté de Monaco. Il est doté de 596 chambres, suites et résidences ainsi que de quatre restaurants, de trois bars, d’un Centre Fitness, d’un Spa, de deux piscines, d’un Room Service et d’un service Traiteur.
Relevant de la Directrice des Ventes et Marketing, les responsabilités et les fonctions essentielles du poste comprennent, sans s’y limiter :
- Assister les clients dans la préparation du déroulé de leurs événements - gestion des salles, des espaces banquets, espaces dans les restaurants et dans les lieux réservés à l’extérieur et à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, les propositions de menus et les détails logistiques
- Préparation des BEO ainsi que des résumés de conférences en accord avec les exigences émises par le client
- Communiquer aux départements concernés les BEO et les résumés de groupe
- S’assurer que les events BEO soient répertoriées, que les informations soient mises à jour et qu’elles soient les mêmes que celles communiquées aux départements de l’hôtel
- Assurer la bonne communication entre le client et les différents départements de l’hôtel
- Planifier, organiser et diriger les pré et post réunions de conférence avec la Directrice Traiteur/Banquet
- Participer aux visites de repérage des clients intra/extra muros (seul, avec le Responsable des Ventes, la Directrice Traiteur/Banquet et le Chef)
- Etre sur le terrain pendant les manifestations en accord avec le planning élaboré par son supérieur
- Faire le lien entre client et Maître d’Hôtel de la soirée
- S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients et fournir toute assistance afin de s’assurer de la totale réussite de la manifestation
- S’assurer, en collaboration avec le département financier, de la bonne facturation relative aux prestations vendues et fournies sur place en accord avec le minimum garanti
- Gérer les appels, messages et courriers relatifs au Private Dining, banquets et groupes
- Gérer les rapports terrasse publique (SBM et domaines)
- Elaborer le Catering Pace Report - End of Month pour le Corporate
- S’assurer de la qualité des informations saisies sur Opera relatives à ses dossiers
- Contacter les fournisseurs dont le client a besoin et proposer systématiquement de l’upsell sur les prestations demandées par ce dernier
- Contacter les clients après la manifestation afin de s’assurer de sa satisfaction et des réponses
- Participer aux réunions de l’hôtel (commerciale, communication, Private Dining, etc.)
- Autres tâches, telles qu’assignées
- Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire requise et en hôtellerie de luxe
- Maitrise des applications Microsoft Windows requise
- Maitrise des langues française et anglaise
- Excellentes compétences de communication requises, à l’écrit et à l’oral
- Excellent relationnel, sens commercial
- Compétences interpersonnelles et de résolution de problèmes
- Particulièrement responsable et fiable
- Capacité à concentrer son attention sur les besoins des clients, en restant calme et courtois
