Mantra Frangipani is set amongst tropical gardens and located a short distance from the picturesque white sands of Cable Beach in Broome. The property offers a range of self-contained one, two, and three bedroom apartments, the choice of two tropical swimming pools one with a waterfall and electric barbecue’s for guests to use at their leisure. On your days off, make the most of the famous sunsets, local beaches and tranquil waterways, immerse yourself in the rich arts and culture, or venture out to the captivating hiking trails that await your exploration.
Purpose
As a Resort Attendant, you are a key member of our Housekeeping team, assisting with essential operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will enjoy working both independently and alongside your team, taking pride in maintaining the resort’s cleanliness and efficiency while providing friendly service to guests.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with linen delivery and rubbish collection to support the housekeeping team
- Drive the resort golf buggy to transport linen, supplies, and guest luggage
- Conduct pool testing to ensure water quality meets safety standards
- Occasionally assist with room cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
- Work collaboratively with different departments to support operational needs
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or missing items to the appropriate teams
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role (housekeeping, cleaning, or general maintenance) is an advantage
- A warm and welcoming communication style, ensuring guests feel supported
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Physically fit and adaptable to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's licence is preferred, along with the flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidaays
