Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our Reservations team. As a Reservations Manager you will play a key role in overseeing the responsibility of the reservations function for both hotels (343 rooms) and ensure the accurate positioning of the hotel in terms of occupancy and room availability. 

Keys duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Close liaison with the Revenue Manager
  • Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Flexibility in handling varying reservation demands, dealing with last-minute changes, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of supervisory and/or management experience in the Reservations team of a hotel of similar size.  
  • You are high energy and can keep your team (and yourself) motivated.
  • Your guest service skills are excellent.
  • You have strong experience in leading teams.
  • You have keen knowledge of hotel systems including Opera and other PMS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
