We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-oriented Reservation Agent for our hotel! Do you have excellent communication skills and are you looking for a job where you can further develop your commercial skills? Then keep reading!
What you'll do!
As a Reservation Employee, you are responsible for receiving and processing individual and group reservations. You see every reservation as a potential lead to more business. You are able to skillfully seize every commercial opportunity by asking the right questions and listening carefully. You proactively inform guests and clients about opportunities in the hotel. "Feel Challenged" is our motto and that is absolutely possible in this position.
Qualifications
Who are you?
- You are looking for a part time position with flexible working days and hours.
- You are hospitable and service-oriented and see it as a challenge to seize every commercial opportunity.
- You are able to make a genuine connection with the guest and convey the "Feel Welcome" feeling.
- You have strong communication skills and speak excellent Dutch and English.
- Preferably, you have completed a Tourism or Hospitality education.
- Experience with Opera is a plus.
