- Perform general office duties, including answering the phones, handling incoming correspondence from costumers in a timely and professional manner.
- Co-ordinate and control the flow of documents and information between hotel and Clients.
- Work with the Reservations agent and Reservations Manager to maintain high sales activity.
- Cover Front Office Reception when needed
- Promote and maintain customer loyalty
- Clear oral/written communication
- Exemplary time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Previous experience in an admin role
