Job Description

  • Practice professionalism in every situation with management, guests and Heartists, treating each person with respect and integrity.
  • Be responsible for the safe, fun and memorable experience the guests and members receive in the Kid’s Club and activities operations.
  • Promoting healthy and fun activities for the children of the resort guests and members. Scheduling to ensure activities and events start on time and last the duration.
  • To ensure that all Child Care procedures are in place and the area related to children activities is as per standard requirements.
  • To ensure children are logged in and out of the area with due care and concern.
  • To oversee all areas relating to children’s activities and devise a range of activities for all ages and abilities.
  • Supervise to ensure maximum safety at all times and control of all children during supervised activity/play sessions
  • To set-up, promote & operate children’s events to achieve department children’s activity budgets through the active promotion of revenue generating activities
  • Responsible for member and guest retention by creating a memorable experience for the children and parents.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times, including in-house guests, day guests, and telephone enquiries.
  • Maintain the confidentiality policy for all spa guests and Heartists.
  • Receive and respond to all guest concerns, comments or complaints with discretion and urgency.
  • Personally greet all incoming VIP guests and provide tour of facility.
  • Communicate guest preferences to relevant departments and Heartists.
  • Answer any guest’s billing questions or concerns, provide rational and reasonable solutions and resolve disputes in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Inquire as to the guest experience and level of satisfaction with treatments and services.

Qualifications

  • Previous Spa or Hospitality experience is a must in managerial capacity.
  • Previous team handling experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
