MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
Le réceptionniste tournant d'hôtel assure un accueil chaleureux et professionnel des clients, gère les arrivées et départs, et garantit la satisfaction des clients tout au long de leur séjour. En l'absence du service petit-déjeuner, le collaborateur en assure le remplacement, il a également en charge l'entretien du lobby et autres tâches itinérantes.
RESPONSABILITÉS :
Accueil et enregistrement :
- Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme.
- Procéder à l'enregistrement des arrivées et des départs.
- Fournir des informations sur les services de l'hôtel.
Remplacement au service petit-déjeuner :
- Assurer le bon déroulement du service petit-déjeuner en l'absence du personnel dédié.
- Veiller à la satisfaction des clients pendant le service.
Gestion des réservations :
- Assurer la gestion des réservations et des annulations.
- Optimiser l'occupation des chambres.
Entretien du lobby et des espaces communs :
- Maintenir la propreté et l'ordre dans le lobby et espaces communs.
- Signaler tout besoin d'entretien ou réparation.
Réponse aux demandes et réclamations :
- Répondre aux demandes des clients de manière efficace et professionnelle.
- Gérer les réclamations en collaboration avec la direction.
Gestion des appels téléphoniques :
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et acheminer les demandes vers les services concernés.
- Prendre les réservations par téléphone.
Sécurité et confidentialité :
- Assurer la sécurité des biens et des personnes.
- Respecter la confidentialité des informations clients.
- Aisance relationnelle, sens de l’accueil et du service.
- Esprit d’équipe.
- Capacité d’écoute et d’anticipation.
- Bonne présentation et élocution.
- Dynamisme.
- Esprit commercial.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, connaissance de l’allemand un atout
- Expérience confirmée dans l’hôtellerie et/ou industrie de l’accueil et réception
- Maîtrise de l’outil informatique « OPERA » un grand atout
