Le Grand Hôtel ROI RENE **** Aix en Provence, groupe ACCORINVEST recherche son futur Réceptionniste H/F dès à présent . Poste à pourvoir en CDD SAISONNIER, d'avril à octobre 2025. À pourvoir dès que possible.
1 an d'expérience exigée sur ce poste.
Salaire proposé pour 169 heures mensuelles :
- 2028€ BRUT par mois
- + Indemnités compensatrices de nourriture (environ 180€ BRUT/mois)

Vos missions et responsabilités principales
- Assurer à la clientèle un accueil chaleureux, efficace et conforme aux standards de qualité de l’établissement
- Effectuer les procédures informatiques et administratives liées aux check-in/check out sur le système Opera cloud
- S’assurer de l’accompagnement des clients dans leurs chambres
- Garantir le suivi du séjour des clients par la communication des informations importantes à ses collègues et supérieurs et par la vérification des garanties
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et prendre ponctuellement les réservations
- Tenir, vérifier et contrôler sa caisse personnelle
- Répondre aux différentes demandes des clients et assurer leur suivi afin de garantir leur satisfaction
- Renseigner les clients sur les informations touristiques
- Réaliser les différents projets confiés par sa hiérarchie
- Appliquer les procédures et politiques définies par la marque et l’hôtel
- Assurer les shifts matin et soir
- Savoir gérer les réclamations clients
- Etre responsable de l’établissement, de la sécurité des biens et personnes
Vos qualifications
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et d’une seconde langue
- Connaissance souhaitable des logiciels Opera cloud, Bizzon
- Excellente aptitude à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Passion pour le client
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
- Sens du détail, autonome
- Flexibilité et polyvalence
- Expérience exigée
